I bring over 20 years of mechanical expertise to the table—10+ years mastering commercial kitchen equipment repair, refurbishing, and installation, and another 10 as an ASE-certified auto technician, where I rose to lead shop tech. In the HVAC/R world, I’ve been a union foreman, a lead tech, and a trainer, passing on skills to keep kitchens running.
