Zone 1 - Qualifies for special promotions, including free trip charges for the first 3 visits for new customers only, representing a $210 value in appliance repair pricing.
Zone 2 - A trip charge of $70 is required for service.
Zone 3 - For locations up to 3 hours from our San Antonio service area, hourly travel charges will apply to and from your location. (Corpus Christi, Austin)
Additionally, please note our standard hourly labor rate for appliance repair services.
Service Area Pricing

We have nothing to hide, and we understand you're eager to know our appliance repair pricing!
Hourly labor rate is set at $115 per hour. For non-profit organizations, the labor rate is reduced to $100 per hour. If you need emergency service, the rate is $170 per hour. We also have a trip charge of $70 and hourly travel costs at $70 per hour. Please note that parts and supplies have variable costs based on the item. Most or all costs may be covered by manufacturer warranty, depending on the manufacturer. Lastly, our minimum charges start at $185, which includes the trip charge and the first hour of labor, within the San Antonio service area.
